Our goal is to uphold human rights, fairness, integrity, and non-discrimination in every aspect of our operations.  We believe in working with suppliers who share these values, ensuring responsible sourcing, social and environmental accountability, and clear communication of expectations. We strive to protect our corporate reputation, as well as the reputation of our clients and brand.

1. Compliance with Laws & Regulations: All parties must adhere to local and international laws, ensuring no acts of bribery, corruption, or falsification.
2. Fair Dealing: We promote fair and ethical dealings with suppliers, competitors, and employees.
3. Workplace Safety & Labour Rights: Ensuring a safe, hygienic, and discrimination-free work environment.
4. Environmental Responsibility: Suppliers must comply with environmental laws and minimize their impact on the environment.
5. Fair Pay: All workers should receive fair wages in line with national legal standards.

Marketable expects full compliance with this policy from all suppliers. Non-compliance will result in the termination of business agreements. We are committed to continuous improvement and working closely with our suppliers to achieve these ethical standards.
